Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales through clienteling, styling expertise, and product knowledge. Role supports store operations and maintains a welcoming environment for clients while meeting commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide exceptional client service and ensure the store is guest ready
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Manage client journey activities to drive repeat business
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate client relationships
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and retail schedule requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated customer empathy and service orientation
