Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure the store is guest ready
- Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
- Manage client journey activities to drive repeat business
- Capture and maintain client data and cultivate client relationships
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Adhere to company policies and retail schedule requirements
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
- Experience generating sales and developing client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated customer empathy and service orientation
