Sales Associate - Tysons

Summary

The Sales Associate represents Breitling as a brand ambassador and provides exceptional service throughout the customer experience. This role builds client relationships, develops product expertise, and works with the team to meet sales goals while supporting store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs by identifying sales opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Provide knowledgeable service and maintain expertise in Breitling products, company history, industry trends, and competitors.
• Support inventory, special projects, opening and closing duties, and store policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate with store management, peers, and corporate teams.
• Represent the brand professionally and assist with training new sales associates when requested.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail experience, including high-end watch sales.
• Demonstrated success in client service in a luxury environment.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Computer proficiency and availability to work any day of the week, including weekends.
