The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers while delivering a welcoming, engaging shopping experience. The role builds lasting client relationships in store and online through gracious service, fashion interest, styling talent, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and sharing loyalty programs.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, sales-floor standards, fitting-room upkeep, and other operational requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
