Sales Associate - Valley Fair

As a Sales Associate at Valley Fair, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, achieving individual sales goals, and building lasting client relationships. You will utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to enhance the client experience and support the Boutique's operational processes.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and drive for results.
• Ensure a welcoming environment and provide best in class service in person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in locating merchandise and processing charge-send sales.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect Boutique assets.

• 3+ years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
• Ability to develop strong relationships through communication and organization skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service in various communication forms.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and handle merchandise.
• Adherence to company policies and standards.
