Summary

The Sales Associate drives sales and provides an elevated client experience at the Valley Fair store. The role combines product and styling expertise, clienteling, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Deliver welcoming service, share product knowledge and styling expertise, and support clients throughout their shopping journey.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized, guest-ready sales floor and stockroom, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures and remain open to feedback and learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for the brand and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
