Summary
High Jewelry Maison seeks a Sales Associate to achieve sales goals, develop and maintain a loyal clientele, support CRM initiatives, assist with boutique displays and ensure high standards of customer service and product care in a fast paced luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets including High Jewelry sales
- Develop and maintain a network of clients and generate new business through events and outreach
- Invite clients to in boutique events and manage client communication via social media and other channels
- Execute CRM initiatives including client data capture, gifting campaigns and reporting
- Assist with daily display set up and evening breakdown and ensure safe storage of products
- Provide exceptional after sales service and manage repair processes end to end
- Adhere to Maison policies and procedures for security, consignments and valuations
- Share brand history and product knowledge to uphold boutique aesthetic and standards
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a fast paced luxury sales environment
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and maintain effective customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
