Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate in Palm Beach, you will excel in developing long-lasting client relationships within a fast-paced luxury environment. Your role will involve achieving sales goals and balancing daily business with High Jewelry sales, while building a network of loyal clients.

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
• Assist in display setup and breakdown, maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.
• Travel as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
• 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in person and in writing.
• Natural curiosity for people and a need to provide excellent service.
