Job Description

Summary

High jewelry boutique seeking a Sales Associate to build long lasting client relationships and achieve sales goals in a fast paced luxury environment. The role supports High Jewelry sales, clienteling activities, and in boutique presentation while representing the Maison at community events.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets by providing exceptional service
  • Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through proactive outreach
  • Attend social functions and community events to generate new business
  • Invite current and prospective clients to in boutique events and private viewings
  • Manage CRM initiatives including client data capture and communication
  • Coordinate gifting campaigns and clientele reporting
  • Assist with daily display setup and evening breakdown
  • Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising standards of the boutique
  • Travel as required to support client needs and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or jewelry certification preferred
  • Minimum seven years of relevant experience in luxury retail or high jewelry sales
  • Proven ability to develop long term client relationships
  • Strong communication skills in person and in writing
  • Experience with CRM systems and clienteling tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced luxury environment
  • Availability to attend community events and travel as required
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
