Sales Associate

Summary

High Jewelry boutique seeking a Sales Associate to develop long lasting client relationships, achieve sales goals, and support High Jewelry business in a fast paced luxury environment. The role reports to the Boutique Director and involves clienteling, in boutique events, and maintaining boutique presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service
• Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to events
• Use curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients
• Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture and communication on novelties and events
• Manage gifting campaigns and clientele reporting
• Assist with display setup each morning and breakdown in the evening
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the boutique
• Travel as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred
• 7 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong ability to develop long lasting client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Curiosity for people and commitment to provide excellent service
• Ability to work in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
