Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service and balancing daily business with High Jewelry sales.
• Develop new business through community events, client invitations, and curated clienteling outreach.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Assist with daily display setup and breakdown, and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent service orientation, curiosity about people, and effective in-person and written communication skills.
