Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate will achieve sales goals and develop a network of loyal clients in a luxury boutique environment. The role balances daily business with High Jewelry sales while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Build client relationships through community events, boutique invitations, and clienteling tools.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
• Assist with display setup and breakdown and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or jewelry certification and 7 years of experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent in-person and written communication skills.
