Part time sales role supporting store operations at the Vancouver Outlet with a focus on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and assisting management with team coaching and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well organized
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
