Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Versace Palm Beach, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, fostering genuine client relationships and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

• Provide an exceptional client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets.
• Create and maintain client relationships through after-sales service.
• Support the team in generating new client relationships.
• Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and clienteling.
• Proficient in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with a sales focus.
