Sales Associate - Vineland Outlet

Summary

Full time sales associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Vineland Outlet. Reports to the General Manager and focuses on driving sales through strong clienteling, after sales service, and adherence to retail standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Capture client data and develop genuine client relationships to drive KPIs
• Maintain client relationships through follow up, thank you notes, and service coordination
• Support team in generating and maintaining client relationships
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Understanding of specialty retail and clienteling techniques
• Computer skills including point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task effectively
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
