Summary
Provide an exceptional client experience as a brand ambassador at the Orlando Vineland outlet, driving sales and client relationships through retail excellence and after sales service. Support store initiatives, events, and contests while maintaining daily responsibilities in a high paced luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and promote the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed sales goals daily, monthly, and yearly
- Capture client data and maintain client relationships through follow up and after sales service
- Create and foster genuine client relationships to drive KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV
- Support team in generating and maintaining new and existing client relationships
- Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
- Handle customer repairs and advise clients on best fit of pieces
- Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests, and events
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail and clienteling techniques
- Computer skills including retail POS, Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with clients, peers, and management
- Positive, outgoing, high energy, entrepreneurial and sales focused personality
