Sales Associate - WBDC

As a Sales Associate at the Company Store in Wilkes Barre, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the store's operations. You will engage with customers, assist them in selecting merchandise, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.

• Provide customer-focused service and assist customers with merchandise selection.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance.
• Process inbound merchandise for store readiness.
• Follow standard operating procedures and achieve productivity goals.
• Cross-train between back of house and sales floor operations.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean sales floor.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• High School Degree or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a retail customer service role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate manual pallet jack and hear equipment signals.
