Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets in a luxury eyewear retail environment. Use product knowledge to recommend styles and assist customers with warranties, optical add-on features, and minor adjustments. Maintain store presentation and support omnichannel customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, warranties, and optical features.
- Build and maintain client relationships and perform follow-up communication.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
- Keep the sales floor and back of house organized and visually appealing.
- Provide omnichannel support for seamless online and in-store experiences.
- Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking ability.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Punctual reliable and a collaborative team player.
