Summary

Represent a specialist retailer of premium pre-owned watches and provide personalized client experiences. Build clientele through effective selling and proactive outreach while serving as a brand ambassador in the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Host clients and exceed their expectations through personalized service.
• Introduce clients to products and services, including part exchange, and develop clientele through CRM outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of the company's history, products, services, and partnerships.
• Maintain boutique standards and support the team with boutique organization.
• Lead timepiece appraisals for part-exchange transactions and ensure processes are followed accurately.

Requirements

• Sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Organized, reliable, resourceful, and results-oriented.
• Understanding of client satisfaction, luxury service, etiquette, and client engagement.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow, with the ability to work independently on the sales process.
