Summary
Develop long lasting relationships with customers to drive sales, service, and loyalty in a luxury retail environment. Compensation is commission-based in addition to base hourly pay. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and active use of technology and social platforms to engage clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently
- Meet and exceed sales and service targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Attend product and vendor training sessions
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
- Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods for events and follow up
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary
- Comply with health safety and privacy policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Collaborative team oriented approach
- Experience leveraging social media to build a personal brand
- Skilled in using multiple technology channels to engage and acquire clients
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends
- Broad product knowledge across store merchandise categories
