Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online shopping experience.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships, identify customer needs, and support the shopping experience from start to finish.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and sharing loyalty program benefits.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, sales-floor standards, fitting-room upkeep, and other operational requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
