Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and personalized styling for womens ready to wear
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of womens fashion and current trends
• Ability to work a flexible full time schedule including weekends
• Reliable, professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
