Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and provide styling advice
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and follow up with clients
• Maintain merchandise presentation and restock product on the sales floor
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
• Build and maintain client book and cultivate long term relationships
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales goals and targets
• Participate in visual merchandising and store events
• Ensure fitting rooms are well maintained and assist customers with fittings

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear trends and styling
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform light lifting
