Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate footwear.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and follow up.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product displays are organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale system.
• Manage inventory tasks including receiving shipments and restocking sales floor.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Participate in store meetings and training to stay current on product and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a point of sale system.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise.
• Professional appearance and knowledge of current fashion trends.
