Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and fitting
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build client relationships
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock presentation
• Process transactions and operate point of sale systems
• Participate in inventory counts and replenishment
• Support opening and closing store procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of womens footwear preferred
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
