Summary

The Sales Associate - Womenswear Designer sells designer womenswear in-store, building long-term client relationships to drive sales, service, and loyalty. This commission-based role focuses on exceeding sales targets through personalized clienteling, product knowledge, and proactive outreach. The associate works collaboratively with the selling team and participates in ongoing product and vendor training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed sales and service goals
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and developing existing clients
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow-up
• Attend educational sessions including product and vendor trainings
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, privacy, and cyber security policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong product knowledge across store categories and understanding of current fashion trends
• Skilled at using multiple technology channels and social media to engage clients and drive acquisition
