Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide a welcoming guest ready environment where clients feel comfortable
- Offer styling expertise and knowledge of seasonal trends and product
- Execute clienteling activities to drive repeat business
- Capture client data and initiate regular client contact and follow up
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Continuously seek and receive feedback to improve performance
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service role
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated customer focused attitude with empathy and professionalism
