Summary

Part time Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets store. Drive sales and clienteling while supporting store operations and maintaining brand standards. Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and follow up to build repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Create a welcoming guest ready environment on the sales floor
• Provide styling expertise and guidance on seasonal trends and product
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated customer empathy and a learning mindset
