Summary

The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets store. The role drives sales and service through clienteling, styling expertise, product knowledge, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs.
• Deliver an elevated client experience, provide styling guidance, and build lasting client relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
• Maintain product and brand knowledge, and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management, seek feedback, and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
