Sales Associate - Wrentham Premium Outlet

Summary

Full-time Sales Associate reporting to the General Manager at the outlet location, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales targets, and supporting after-sales service and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
• Capture client data and build genuine client relationships to drive KPIs.
• Maintain client relationships through after-sales service including follow up and repairs.
• Support team initiatives to generate new and retain existing clients.
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges.
• Develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Advise clients on product fit and handle customer repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment; luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
• Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task.
• Entrepreneurial, sales focused, positive and outgoing personality.
