Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales.
• Develop new business through community events, boutique events, and curated clienteling outreach.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
• Set up and break down displays and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree or jewelry certification.
• Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent in-person and written communication skills, curiosity about people, and commitment to service.
