Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through exceptional client service.
• Generate new business by attending community events, inviting clients to boutique events, and using clienteling tools.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including accurate client data, communications, gifting campaigns, and client reporting.
• Assist with daily display setup and breakdown while maintaining the boutique's aesthetic.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree or jewelry certification.
• Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Excellent in-person and written communication skills.
• Curiosity about people and a commitment to excellent service.
