Summary

Sales Associate responsible for driving personal sales and supporting store performance at the Yorkdale location. Reports to the Store Manager and acts as a brand ambassador focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. The role supports omni-channel initiatives and contributes to visual merchandising and store standards.

• Drive personal sales and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge, company history, policies and procedures.
• Execute visual merchandising and follow merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Perform omni-channel service and support related initiatives.

• Strong customer-focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and merchandising standards quickly.
