Job Description

Summary

Sales Associate at a Yorkdale retail location responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences through clienteling, product knowledge, and operational support. Role focuses on building client relationships, achieving individual and store KPIs, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Provide an exceptional and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
  • Build sales through styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge
  • Execute clienteling activities including capturing client data and follow up
  • Demonstrate knowledge of brand product and DNA
  • Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Continuously seek feedback and development to improve performance
  • Adhere to company policies and retail procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to deliver empathy and exceed client expectations
