Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and performance goals while responding to client requests and sharing client feedback with management.
• Present collections through tailored advice and storytelling, build client relationships, and support the omnichannel client journey.
• Maintain product displays and store organization according to visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions, support deliveries and shipments, and contribute to stock control and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver excellent service and support sustainability goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Digital and IT skills, including MS Office, and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Strong listening, communication, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
