Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) - Wynn Las Vegas

Summary

Drive sales and deliver a strong client experience while supporting day-to-day store operations as a keyholder. Help maintain Balenciaga's standards across stock management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and support the team in delivering strong business results.
• Open and close the store, assist management with daily operations, and help maintain clear communication across teams.
• Keep the stockroom organized and support inventory, cash handling, safe procedures, and loss prevention.
• Assist with visual displays and merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness, fixtures, supplies, and overall presentation.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and follow company operations and sustainability policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Commercial awareness, business acumen, and a genuine passion for fashion.
• Strategic vision and the ability to support business development and high personal performance.
