Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) - Miami Design District

Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store operations and sales at the Miami Design District boutique, reporting to the Store Director. The role helps ensure proper opening and closing procedures, maintains stockroom and visual standards, and delivers exceptional client service to meet and exceed sales goals. It balances sales, operations, merchandising and personnel responsibilities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Perform opening and closing duties as keyholder and assist management with daily store operations
• Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory and loss prevention efforts
• Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and coordinate timely bank deposits
• Implement visual displays and merchandising according to store and corporate standards
• Oversee daily store maintenance and ensure presentation standards are met
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion sales role
• Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commercial awareness, strong business acumen and strategic vision
• High level of personal performance and professionalism
