Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) - Orlando Millenia Mall

Summary

Drive sales and deliver a strong client experience while supporting store operations as a keyholder. Help oversee daily activities, maintain store standards, and contribute to the performance of the team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and help exceed individual and store targets.
• Open and close the store, assist with day-to-day operations, and support management.
• Keep stockroom, registers, safe, and supplies organized, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Partner with colleagues to reduce shrinkage and address customer feedback and complaints.
• Support visual merchandising, store upkeep, operational standards, and sustainability policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales results, commercial awareness, and a passion for fashion.
