Sales & Client Advisor - Keyholder - Short Hills Mall

Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor reports to the Store Director and delivers exceptional client service while supporting daily store operations. As a Keyholder you will help achieve sales targets, perform opening and closing procedures, and maintain merchandising, inventory and store standards. The role requires balancing sales, operational and visual responsibilities to ensure a superior client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and provide high-quality client service
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with day-to-day store operations
• Organize and maintain the stockroom and support inventory and loss prevention processes
• Ensure proper cash register and safe procedures, including timely bank deposits
• Implement visual displays and maintain presentation and fixture standards
• Oversee daily cleaning, maintenance and supply levels of the store
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate communication with other departments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for fashion
• Demonstrated ability to support operational standards and lead by example
