Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales goals and handle customer feedback appropriately.
• Open and close the store and assist management with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain organized stockrooms, support inventory and loss prevention, and ensure cash-handling standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness, fixtures, supplies, and presentation.
• Communicate operational and visual standards to colleagues and support sustainability policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Commercial awareness, business acumen, and passion for fashion.
