Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) reports to the Store Director and supports management in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. The role provides top-quality customer service while driving sales and ensuring operational standards across merchandising, stockroom organization, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Open and close the store and perform cash register and safe procedures accurately.
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations and staff execution.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and support inventory control and loss prevention efforts.
• Implement visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
• Ensure store maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Support and enforce the store operations manual and sustainability policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness, strong business acumen, and a passion for the fashion industry.
