Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) drives sales and supports day-to-day store operations at the Toronto Yorkdale location. The role includes opening and closing the store, supporting merchandising standards, and helping maintain an organized and well-run retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals while delivering strong client service.
• Open and close the store and assist management with daily operations.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention practices.
• Assist with visual merchandising and communicate company standards to the team.
• Oversee store cleanliness, maintenance, and supply levels.
• Handle customer feedback appropriately and support store policies and sustainability practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
