Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor will deliver exceptional service to clients while supporting daily store operations at Phipps Plaza. This role drives sales and assists management with opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and store presentation. The advisor contributes to inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention while maintaining high operational and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and drive individual and store performance
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with day-to-day operations
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory and stock access
• Support cash register and safe procedures, including accuracy and timely bank deposits
• Partner to prevent shrinkage and enforce loss prevention practices
• Implement visual displays and merchandising standards as directed
• Oversee store maintenance and ensure fixtures, lighting, and supplies are maintained
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution
• Support and enforce store operations and sustainability policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Commercial awareness, business acumen, and passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision and a high level of personal performance
