The Sales & Client Advisor supports store operations and delivers exceptional customer service on Rodeo Drive. The role includes assisting management with opening and closing procedures, driving sales, maintaining merchandising and visual standards, and supporting inventory and loss prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures according to company policies
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise accessibility
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Support execution of visual displays and merchandising standards
• Partner on inventory control and loss prevention to minimize store shrinkage
• Ensure registers and safe procedures, cash accuracy, and timely bank deposits
• Oversee daily store maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of fixtures and supplies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store targets
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
