Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor With Keys is an in-store role responsible for ensuring excellent client service while supporting daily store operations. The position assists management with opening and closing procedures, visual standards, inventory control and loss prevention while working to achieve sales goals. Strong communication, commercial awareness and the ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with daily store operations
• Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory and loss prevention practices
• Manage cash registers, safe procedures and timely bank deposits
• Support implementation of visual merchandising and upkeep of store presentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
