Responsibilities

• Create an appointment-based client experience and build customer relationships.
• Deliver a seamless and engaging in-store and online experience.
• Drive sales by serving in-store and online clients and using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room upkeep.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
