Full time sales commission stylist responsible for delivering personalized service and driving sales at a store location in Boca Raton. The role focuses on building client relationships, styling customers, and meeting individual and store sales goals while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling consultations to clients on the sales floor
• Drive sales through targeted clienteling and follow up
• Demonstrate product knowledge and make tailored recommendations
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Build and maintain a book of repeat clientele

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience or styling experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focused with a passion for styling and product knowledge
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working on a commission based pay structure
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Boca Raton store
