Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor and by appointment.
• Drive sales and meet individual commission targets through proactive client development and follow-up.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and execute clienteling strategies.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and floor presentation.
• Process transactions and handle point-of-sale duties accurately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales or styling experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to create cohesive looks.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
