Provide personalized styling and sales support to customers on the sales floor, focusing on driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge. Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to customers.
• Achieve individual sales goals and maximize commission through upselling.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends, brands, and available inventory.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure sales floor presentation standards are met.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-ups and appointment scheduling.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales or personal styling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
