Responsibilities

• Create an appointment-based client experience and determine customer needs.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships while driving in-store and online sales.
• Share the benefits of loyalty programs and support the customer throughout the shopping experience.
• Use technology and fulfillment systems while meeting merchandising, floor, and fitting room standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
