Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers
• Drive sales to meet and exceed individual commission targets
• Build and maintain a client book through follow-up and clienteling activities
• Maintain visual merchandising and organize merchandise on the sales floor
• Process transactions and assist with inventory as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or styling experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
