Sales Commission Stylist - Willowbrook is a full-time, commission-based retail role focused on delivering personalized styling and exceptional customer service on the sales floor. The Stylist builds and maintains client relationships, provides product and outfit recommendations, and works to meet individual and store sales goals. This position is based at the Willowbrook Mall store and partners with store teams to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one styling consultations and personalized product recommendations to customers.
• Drive sales through proactive clienteling, follow-ups, and developing a loyal client base.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics.
• Maintain visual presentation and merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process transactions accurately and support inventory and loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales or styling experience, preferably in a commission-based environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presentation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
